Falam District

Tedim District (Burmese: ဖလမ်းခရိုင်) is a district of the Chin State/Zogam in Burma.^[1] It consists 5 townships and 515 villages. The major towns include: Chikha (Gyikhar), Tonzang (Htonzan), Tiddim, Fort White, Falam and Hakha They call themselves Zomi .

Borders

Falam District borders:

• Manipur State of India to the north;
• Mizoram State of India to the west;
• Mindat District to the south; and
• Gangaw District of Magway Division, Kale District (Kalemyo District) of Sagaing Division, and Mawlaik District of Sagaing Division

The district contains the following townships:

• Falam Township
• Hakha Township
• Htantlang Township
• Tedim Township
• Tonzang Township
